What Information I Collect

I collect personal information you provide when you reach out — like your name, email address, and anything you share through the contact form or consultation scheduler.

Once you become a client, additional information is gathered through your intake paperwork and during the therapy process.

How I Use Your Information

I use your information to:

  • Respond to your inquiries

  • Schedule appointments

  • Provide therapy services once you're an established client

I do not use your information for marketing without your permission, and I never sell or share your personal information with third parties.

Data Security

  • Before you're a client, I communicate via my professional email: tyler@therapywithtyler.co

  • Once you become a client, all communication is conducted through Sessions Health, a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform

  • All client records are stored securely in Sessions Health

  • Payment processing is handled through Stripe, a secure third-party vendor

  • This site allows you to decline all cookies if you choose

I do not process clinical information via email or social media. All clinical contact takes place in-session or through secure platforms.

Your Rights

You can request access to your personal data or ask for corrections to be made. I follow all HIPAA and state laws regarding your privacy.

No Guarantees of Treatment

Sending a message through this site does not create a therapist-client relationship. Services begin only after:

  • A consultation is completed

  • Informed consent is signed

  • An intake session is held

Virtual Therapy in Texas

Therapy with Tyler is licensed to provide virtual therapy for individuals physically located in Texas at the time of session. I do not offer in-person services at this time.

Fees + Payments

Current fees are listed on the Investment page.
Payment is due at time of service via Stripe.
I do not accept insurance, but I can provide a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

  • Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice

  • One grace late cancel is offered

  • After that, late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee

Communication Guidelines

  • Email (tyler@therapywithtyler.co) is used only for logistics and scheduling

  • Clients are expected to communicate via Sessions Health once therapy begins

  • I do not offer therapy or clinical support via email, DMs, or social media
