FAQs

  • I offer individual therapy for women navigating identity loss, attachment wounds, complex trauma, people-pleasing, and more. My approach blends psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory, and AEDP to go beyond surface-level symptom management. You can learn more about my services here.

  • I currently offer virtual therapy only for clients across Texas. If you’re looking for in-person support in the Kyle or South Austin area, you’re still welcome to reach out — we can talk through options and see what might work best for you.

  • You don’t have to be falling apart to start therapy. If you’re feeling stuck, numb, disconnected, or exhausted from holding it all together, that’s enough. A lot of my clients come in high-functioning but quietly falling apart inside. We take it slow. You don’t have to be “ready”—just willing.

  • I offer depth-oriented, relational therapy that centers the therapeutic relationship as part of the healing. We’ll go deeper than just coping skills—I’ll help you explore your past, feel your emotions in the body, and create real change that sticks. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. It’s collaborative, experiential, and made for you.

  • My standard fee is $150 for individual, weekly sessions and two-hour intensives are $325. I offer a sliding scale. You can read more about rates and investment here.

  • I don’t accept insurance at this time. I’m a private pay provider, which means we’re not limited by diagnosis requirements, session caps, or what your insurance decides is “medically necessary.” That gives us the freedom to focus on what you actually need — not just short-term symptom relief, but real, lasting healing.

If you have out-of-network benefits, I’m happy to provide a superbill to help with possible reimbursement.

  • Before we meet, I’ll send you secure online paperwork so we can dive in with clarity. In our first session, we’ll go over informed consent, boundaries, and expectations—and then we begin getting to know each other. I’ll ask about your story, your goals, and what’s felt hard to say out loud. The pace is gentle and collaborative.

  • I’m trained in trauma-informed care, and I use AEDP and psychodynamic principles to make sure we move at your pace. I don’t force disclosure, and I won’t pathologize your pain. I track your nervous system, body cues, and language to help us stay grounded, even when the material is heavy.

  • YES! My practice is explicitly inclusive and affirming of LGBTQ+ identities. You’re safe to bring your full self here—your gender, your sexuality, your grief, your joy, your rage.

Let’s stop the cycle, together.

You don’t have to keep repeating what hurt you.
If you’re ready to feel something different — safer, softer, more real — therapy is a place to start. We’ll move at your pace, in a space where all parts of you are welcome. No pressure. No perfection. Just honesty, care, and room to grow.
